What is Bulletproof coffee?

Bulletproof coffee is an energising drink that replaces breakfast, because it combines black coffee with coconut oil and butter. It is used in a variety of diets, such as muscle making and Keto Diet. That is why it is also called Keto Coffee.

It is made with roasted coffee beans, ground before making, extra virgin coconut oil and butter made with milk from natural pastures. Thus you get a drink with more than 400 calories, a thick coffee, rich in healthy fats and caffeine, the ketogenic formula for energy without taking carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Coffee Brewed
  • 25 gm Butter Unsalted
  • 25 gm MCT Oil or Coconut oil
  • 25 gm Heavy Whipping Cream Optional
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder Optional

Instructions

  • Make your favourite brand of coffee like you normally would.
  • Add unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream and mct oil or coconut oil and blend with coffee frothier or hand blender for 8 to 10 seconds for a frothy cup of coffee.

Notes

If you want yo enjoy flavoured coffee, try vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder, liquid Stevia or sugar free syrup or carb free protein powder.

    I have tried this coffee for months, it really worked for me I should say it did magic for me , just one cup keeps me going till midday, this coffee is the only thing I have for breakfast, it helped me to reduce my weight , my blood pressure and heart beat, you may not believe with this keto diet I have managed to get rid of my diabetes as well .
