  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Green onion
  • 2 tbsp physilium husk
  • 1 Egg


  • Add coconut flour, green spring onion, salt, egg and husk, mix and make dough with warm water. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Divide into 6 portions, roll and apply ghee and sprinkle semolina and roll it again.
  • You can cook on skillet or freeze in butter paper.
  • You can make stuffed paratha with meat mince, cheese or any kind of keto friendly filling and enjoy your delicious breakfast.
