Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Green onion
  • 2 tbsp physilium husk
  • 1 Egg

Method
 

  1. Add coconut flour, green spring onion, salt, egg and husk, mix and make dough with warm water. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide into 6 portions, roll and apply ghee and sprinkle semolina and roll it again.
  3. You can cook on skillet or freeze in butter paper.
  4. You can make stuffed paratha with meat mince, cheese or any kind of keto friendly filling and enjoy your delicious breakfast.
