Ingredients
  

  • 120 gm Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp Almond flour
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
Garnishing
  • Garlic butter

Method
 

  1. Melt cheese in microwave, then add almond flour. coconut flour, egg, baking powder, yogurt and mix it well.
  2. Divide this mixture into 4 portions and make balls.
  3. Roll each ball with the help of butter paper.
  4. Cook on skillet from both sides for 1 minute or cook one side and cook other side on the flame as shown in the video to give charcoal flavour.
  5. Apply garlic butter and serve with chicken karahi, mix vegi or with chutney.
