Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha: Paratha is very common all over the Indian and Pakistani community and each region has its own variation.
Today I created chilli garlic paratha keto style. I have made this recipe with almond flour and flaxseed flour. You can use the same dough to make plain roti from it. I added green chillies and garlic in the dough but you can have a topping of finely chopped garlic and chillies with melted butter on top of the paratha.
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/3 cup flaxseed powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Phys ilium husk
- 1/2 tbsp spring onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Green Chilli
- Add almond flour, flax seeds flour, spices along with Phys ilium husk and make dough with hot water.
- Set a side for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Divide into 3 portions and roll between butter paper and cook on skillet with ghee until golden brown.
- Serve with chutney and keto chai.
