- 1 Can Tuna Fish
- 1 Tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chili flakes
- 1 Pinch Baking powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Add tuna fish, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt and baking powder in blender and blend well.
- Pour this mixture in microwavable container and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Take it out, cut in 2 slices and make sandwich according to your desired filling.
- You can toast a bit this bread on medium hot skillet or pan.

Nice texture but too fishy for me.
I really liked this recipe used chia seeds and water to replace eggs, and probably didn’t wait long enough for chia seeds to gel, but it was quite filling. Thanks!
