Keto Cheese Paratha
Everybody wants to have a rich breakfast, especially in our Indian and Pakistan culture, where paratha is the most popular breakfast and most of us feel satisfying with this kind of heavy breakfast to stay full until lunch or dinner time if you are a working person. However, due to too many carbs, we can’t digest wheat paratha, but our craving is still there, and along with the types of breakfast, we also like to stay smart and slim. These kind of problems can be solved by keto or other kinds of healthy diets. I prepared this keto paratha that is both delicious and full of nutrition for you. You can change it and add different kinds of variations in this version, such as dry methi, green chillies, spinach, crushed reddish and so on. Each single serving has 5 gm of net carbs but you can increases or decrease according to your daily macro intake.
Keto Cheese Paratha
Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 300 gm Ricotta Cheese
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 3 tsp Ground flax seed
- 3 tbsp Psyllium husk
- 3/4 tsp Red Crushed Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds ajwain
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix everything and make dough with warm water, leave for 10 minutes and roll with rolling pin into round shape with the help of butter paper.
- Then cook on low flame from both sides until golden brown. Cook on low flame until moisture dries.
- Serve with the slice of butter and greek yogurt or mint chutney.
I just tried this delicious paratha and to be honest I think now keto is not too hard for me, I can enjoy paratha in keto, thank you pakladies for such a creative recipe. I had with sarsoon ka saag and butter….It was superb. JazakALLAH

It has 12g of fiber so net carbs in one serving are 5g.
