Keto Chicken Tikka Biryani

Do you miss Biryani in low carb or keto diet? Here is your legitimate low carb substitute. Cauliflower rice is great alongside Indian and Pakistani dishes. But most people don’t like the taste of cauliflower as a rice in low carb or keto diet. Then another substitute of low carb rice is Konjac rice.

Konjac rice or shirataki rice is a vegetable-based pasta made of water and glucomannan flour. It is transparent, gluten-free and has hardly any calories (9 Cal per 100 grams), which makes it an interesting product for people who want to reduce weight because it also completely satisfies your hunger.
