Keto Chicken Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken boiled and shredded
- 60 g almond flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp onions
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp cilantro
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp spring onion the green part
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
Instructions
- Add butter and oil to a hot pan. Let the butter melt.
- Now add onions, garlic, cream cheese, coriander powder, chili flakes and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Then add cream and season with salt. Mix well.
- Now add shredded chicken, green chilies, fresh coriander, spring onion and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Once it’s mixed well, take it off the flame and set it aside to cool.
- Now take mozzarella cheese and melt it in the microwave.
- Take almond flour and mix it with the cheese until it becomes a firm dough.
- Spread some butter paper, put the dough on top and cover it.
- Roll the covered dough with a rolling pin.
- Now uncover the rolled dough, and add the chicken mixture down the middle.
- Add mozzarella or provolone cheese on top.
- Make cuts on both sides of the dough diagonally and then cover the chicken and cheese mixture with the strips.
- Bake in oven for 18 - 20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Enjoy as it is or with a dipping sauce.
