Take chicken, and mix with greek yogurt, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, olive oil and red and orange food color.
Cover the chicken and leave in marination for half an hour.
Now take a pan, add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, and fry the chicken.
Now take Shirataki or Slim rice. Clean and strain it.
Take another pan. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, onions, garlic, bay leaf, green cardamoms, black peppers, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cumin seeds and tomatoes. Mix well.
Now add chili flakes and green chili. Mix well.
Add the chicken, mint leaves, lemon slices, Shirataki, food colour and fried onion, if you wish.
Cover for 10 minutes, and then serve.
