Keto Mutanjan Recipe
Today I created Mutanjan rice recipe in keto version. Mutanjan is a sweet multi coloured rice dish from Pakistan. It is a festive dessert rice dish which is served on auspicious occasions like weddings and Eid. Normally Basmati or Sella Basmati rice are used to prepare Mutanjan. I have made these with slim rice and was very happy with the result.

Mutanjan Zarda Recipe

Servings: 2 Servings

Ingredients
- 200 gm Konjac Rice Slim rice
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Green cardamoms
- 1 Black cardamom b
- 1 Clove
- 1/3 Cup Erythritol
- 1 Sachet Stevia
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Almonds
- 1 tsp Pistachio
- 1 tsp Macadamia nuts
- 1 Pinch Yellow food color
- 1 Pinch Green food color
- 1 Pinch Red food color
Instructions
- In a pan heat up ghee and add whole spices, dry nuts, erythritol, stevia and yogurt. Mix and fry for 1 minute
- Then add rose water and slim rice. Cook until water dries. Add food colors, then cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Remove cover, then sprinkle coconut and serve delicious Keto Mutanjan without ruining your diet
