Keto Chicken Malai Boti Pizza

Keto pizza is a low-carb version of pizza that follows the principles of the ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate eating plan that aims to put your body into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates.

When making a keto pizza, the traditional wheat-based crust is replaced with a low-carb alternative. There are several options for keto pizza crusts:

Cauliflower Crust: This is a popular choice for keto pizza crusts. It involves processing cauliflower into rice-like texture, cooking it, and then combining it with cheese, eggs, and seasonings to form a dough that can be shaped into a pizza crust.

Almond Flour Crust: Almond flour is a common ingredient in many keto recipes. To make an almond flour crust, you mix almond flour, eggs, cheese, and seasonings to form a dough. This type of crust tends to be denser and more bread-like compared to cauliflower crust.

Fathead Dough: Fathead dough is a versatile low-carb dough that can be used for various recipes, including pizza crusts. It typically consists of a mixture of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs. This dough is known for its chewy texture and is a favorite among many keto enthusiasts.

Once you have chosen your crust, you can proceed to add your desired toppings. Opt for low-carb options such as tomato sauce with no added sugar, cheese, meats like beef mince, chicken and vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach.

Remember, portion control is important when following a ketogenic diet, as even low-carb alternatives can still contribute to your overall calorie intake. Enjoy your keto pizza in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
