  • 3/4 cup Egg whites
  • 70 gm Raw Spinach
  • 50 gm Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • In a blender, add egg whites, spinach, cream cheese, fenugreek leaves, chilli flakes, cumin and salt.
    Flourless Keto Tortillas
  • Let mix until everything is well integrated.
  • Heat up a pan, grease with oil.
  • Cook your wraps like crepes, for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Drop a stream of the mixture and distribute it throughout the pan.
  • Take them out of the pan and serve them with whatever you have planned.
