Ingredients
- 100 gm Flaxseed flour
- 1 cup Egg whites
Instructions
Method to Preapare Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a coffee grinder, grind the flaxseed meal into a very fine flour. This is a very important step, do not skip it.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flaxseed meal, and egg whites until completely combined, the dough will look gooey.
- Pour the dough into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle some seeds (optional) and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until risen and browned.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely before slicing.
Hi, I have both the ingredients except not sure what size loaf pan to use.
Also can we use little instant yeast for flavor.

You can use normal plain cake pan. and yes, you can add 1/4 tsp of yeast.
