This recipe is GLUTEN-FREE BREAD and suitable for celiac. That’s why it has almond flour. You can make your own version and use any other flour.
- Gather all ingredients. In a bowl, add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt and chilli flakes.
- In a microwave safe bowl or ramekin, add egg, oil, cream, mix and add dry ingredients, mix well.
- Cook in microwave for 90 seconds and bread will be ready. Cut into two halves and put it in the toaster or on a hot skillet to make it more crispy and colourful.
- Put anything, like an omelette, in the middle to your taste and enjoy.
