Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Oats Fiber
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup Warm water
Instructions
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, oats fiber, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
- Then add 1/2 cup of warm water and oil, make soft dough.
- Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
- When all roti/tortillas are done, cook then on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
- Serve these super soft roti/tortilla with any kind of keto curry or make smashed burger tacos or tortilla, as I made it in video.
