Gather all ingredients. In a bowl, add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt and chilli flakes.
In a microwave safe bowl or ramekin, add egg, oil, cream, mix and add dry ingredients, mix well.
Cook in microwave for 90 seconds and bread will be ready. Cut into two halves and put it in the toaster or on a hot skillet to make it more crispy and colourful.
Put anything, like an omelette, in the middle to your taste and enjoy.
