Ingredients
- 90 gm Almond flour 1 cup
- 25 gm Physilium Husk 1/4 + 1 tbsp
- 7 gm Baking powder 2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Egg whites 1/4 cup
- 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Hot water
- Mix seeds Optional
- Soya sauce Optional
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. In another bowl, add egg whites, and whisk well. Then add oil and vinegar.
- Add egg whites mixed in dry ingredients and make dough with hot water.
- Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Divide into 4 portions and place on baking tray.
- Apply soya sauce on buns, sprinkle some mix seeds and bake on preheated oven on 180 for 35 to 40 minutes.
