Ingredients
  

  • 90 gm Almond flour 1 cup
  • 25 gm Physilium Husk 1/4 + 1 tbsp
  • 7 gm Baking powder 2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Egg whites 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • Mix seeds Optional
  • Soya sauce Optional

Method
 

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. In another bowl, add egg whites, and whisk well. Then add oil and vinegar.
  2. Add egg whites mixed in dry ingredients and make dough with hot water.
  3. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Divide into 4 portions and place on baking tray.
  4. Apply soya sauce on buns, sprinkle some mix seeds and bake on preheated oven on 180 for 35 to 40 minutes.
