Keto Paratha Unique Recipe
Ingredients
- 60 gm Boneless chicken
- 50 gm Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tbsp Oats fibre
- 2 tbsp Physilium Husk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
- Green chilli 1/2
- 5 tbsp Hot water
Instructions
- Add chicken, zucchini, green chilli, almond flour, oats, husk, salt, xanthan gum and water in blender or food processor and grind until you get a smooth dough.
- Then add fresh coriander and divide into 4 portions or according to your macros.
- Now take some parchment paper, butter paper or plastic and place dough ball on the paper. Cover the dough with it, and roll very carefully on top of the paper.
- Use a cutter or a round shaped plate to make a perfect circle or cook as it is.
- Cook the paratha until golden brown on low heat.
- Serve with any egg khagina or dum ka keemma at sehri time. Enjoy!!
