Add chicken, zucchini, green chilli, almond flour, oats, husk, salt, xanthan gum and water in blender or food processor and grind until you get a smooth dough.
Then add fresh coriander and divide into 4 portions or according to your macros.
Now take some parchment paper, butter paper or plastic and place dough ball on the paper. Cover the dough with it, and roll very carefully on top of the paper.
Use a cutter or a round shaped plate to make a perfect circle or cook as it is.
Cook the paratha until golden brown on low heat.
Serve with any egg khagina or dum ka keemma at sehri time. Enjoy!!
