Ingredients

  • 60 gm Boneless chicken
  • 50 gm Zucchini
  • 8 gm Onion
  • 1 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp Psyllium husk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander

Instructions

  • Add chicken, zucchini, onions, green chilies, coconut flour, psyllium husk and salt into a blender, and blend well. Add hot water while blending shown in the video. Now take the dough and add coriander. Mix well.
  • Cover the dough in cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take the dough and divide it in equal portions.
  • Now take some butter paper and apply a little bit oil to it to prevent sticking. Take one of the dough balls you made and place it on the butter paper. Now place another paper on top, and roll it into a paratha.
  • You can mould the shape of the paratha with any circle shape if you want, and then add the excess dough back onto the paratha, as shown in the video. Once the paratha is ready, take a tawa or pan and heat it up.
  • Put the paratha on the tawa or pan, and cook it from both sides, as you would a normal paratha.
  • Serve with any kind of dish you like, or eat as is. Enjoy!
