Add butter and oil to a hot pan. Let the butter melt.
Now add onions, garlic, cream cheese, coriander powder, chili flakes and turmeric powder. Mix well.
Then add cream and season with salt. Mix well.
Now add shredded chicken, green chilies, fresh coriander, spring onion and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Once it’s mixed well, take it off the flame and set it aside to cool.
Now take mozzarella cheese and melt it in the microwave.
Take almond flour and mix it with the cheese until it becomes a firm dough.
Spread some butter paper, put the dough on top and cover it.
Roll the covered dough with a rolling pin.
Now uncover the rolled dough, and add the chicken mixture down the middle.
Add mozzarella or provolone cheese on top.
Make cuts on both sides of the dough diagonally and then cover the chicken and cheese mixture with the strips.
Bake in oven for 18 - 20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Enjoy as it is or with a dipping sauce.
