How to Make Original Makhadi Halwa

Ingredients
- 60 gm Almond flour
- 4 tbsp Erythritol
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 100 gm Ricotta cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Green Cardamoms
- 1/4 cup Ghee
Instructions
- Add ricotta cheese, cream and sugar in a wok, cook until mixture turns into khoya form and thickens a bit. Set aside.
- In the same wok, heat up ghee and add green cardamoms pods and almond flour. Fry until you can smell the aroma.
- Add khoya and fry it well. Add chopped almonds.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
