Ingredients
  

  • 60 gm Almond flour
  • 4 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 100 gm Ricotta cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • 1/4 cup Ghee

Method
 

  1. Add ricotta cheese, cream and sugar in a wok, cook until mixture turns into khoya form and thickens a bit. Set aside.
  2. Then add lightly beaten eggs and cook until mixture is thickend as show in the video.
  3. In the same wok, heat up ghee and add green cardamoms pods and almond flour. Fry until you can smell the aroma.
  4. Then add cooked egg and ricotta cheese and fry it well. Add chopped almonds.
  5. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
