  • 60 gm Almond flour
  • 4 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 100 gm Ricotta cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • 1/4 cup Ghee


  • Add ricotta cheese, cream and sugar in a wok, cook until mixture turns into khoya form and thickens a bit. Set aside.
  • In the same wok, heat up ghee and add green cardamoms pods and almond flour. Fry until you can smell the aroma.
  • Add khoya and fry it well. Add chopped almonds.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
