Ghee
Instructions
Add ricotta cheese, cream and sugar in a wok, cook until mixture turns into khoya form and thickens a bit. Set aside.
In the same wok, heat up ghee and add green cardamoms pods and almond flour. Fry until you can smell the aroma.
Add khoya and fry it well. Add chopped almonds.
Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
