- Add ricotta cheese, cream and sugar in a wok, cook until mixture turns into khoya form and thickens a bit. Set aside.
- Then add lightly beaten eggs and cook until mixture is thickend as show in the video.
- In the same wok, heat up ghee and add green cardamoms pods and almond flour. Fry until you can smell the aroma.
- Then add cooked egg and ricotta cheese and fry it well. Add chopped almonds.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
