Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Meatballs are a traditional dish that everyone likes, whether fried or stewed, meat or chicken, they are always easy to make. Juicy Chicken Meatballs – a simple, aromatic and tasty recipe. The meatballs are nothing more than balls of minced meat, mixed with egg, to which we add different condiments and spices. This time we are going to enrich the chicken meatballs with keto style with low carb spices.
Accompany the meatballs with ranch dressings and cauliflower rice as a healthy way to turn a hearty dish into a much healthier one.
Cauliflower rice is an ideal accompaniment to meatballs with ranch dressing or you can opt for zucchini pasta as well – either way it is a balanced and very appetising dish.
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
- 325 gm Chicken Mince
- 1 Egg
- 75 gm Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 50 gm Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 125 ml Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl mix ground chicken, egg, almond flour, ranch seasoning, chilli flakes and cheddar cheese. Divide into 12 balls.
- Heat olive oil in nonstick pan over medium-medium high heat, add chicken meatballs and cook in the oil. Roll meatballs around on each side every 2-3 minutes until cooked.
- Once cooked, put meatballs in a clean mixing bowl, and add Franks Red hot sauce, and cover meatballs with hot sauce completely.
- Plate cauliflower rice in a plate, top with buffalo chicken meatballs, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
