Keto Pizza Crust | Just 2g Net Carbs Per Slice
Tandoori Chicken Tikka Wrap

Servings: 4 Serving
Calories: 165kcal
Ingredients
- 70 gm Tuna fish
- 100 gm Egg Plant
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano
Instructions
- Cut eggplant in thin slices and place on oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Take a bowl, add tuna, eggs, chili flakes, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and fresh coriander. Mix well.
- Now heat up oil in a pan, place eggplant slices and pour egg and tuna mixture. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn over and apply tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese, oregano and chili flakes. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
- Then use a spatula and carefully slide it onto a cutting board. Cut the pizza into 8 pieces.
