Ingredients
  

  • 70 gm Tuna fish
  • 100 gm Egg Plant
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano

Method
 

  1. Cut eggplant in thin slices and place on oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl, add tuna, eggs, chili flakes, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and fresh coriander. Mix well.
  3. Now heat up oil in a pan, place eggplant slices and pour egg and tuna mixture. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Turn over and apply tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese, oregano and chili flakes. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
  5. Then use a spatula and carefully slide it onto a cutting board. Cut the pizza into 8 pieces.
