Cut eggplant in thin slices and place on oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl, add tuna, eggs, chili flakes, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and fresh coriander. Mix well.
Now heat up oil in a pan, place eggplant slices and pour egg and tuna mixture. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn over and apply tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese, oregano and chili flakes. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
Then use a spatula and carefully slide it onto a cutting board. Cut the pizza into 8 pieces.
