Keto Chicken Spinach Kebab
Quick and easy recipe for very low in carbs keto kebabs. These keto kebab fulfill your spicy craving, you can add extra spice according to your taste. You can add different vegetables instead of spinach or totally omit, up to you. We can freeze them and use whenever we need. These kebabs are great for sandwiches as well.

Ingredients
- 325 gm Chicken Mince
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Mix herbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 50 gm Frozen Spinach
Instructions
- Take a bowl, add chicken mince, onion powder, mix herbs, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, salt, almond flour, egg and spinach, mix it well and leave for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 6 portions, heat up oil and cook round kebab, fry from both sides.
- Serve with green salad or Greek yogurt raita.
