- Take a bowl, add chicken mince, onion powder, mix herbs, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, salt, almond flour, egg and spinach, mix it well and leave for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 6 portions, heat up oil and cook round kebab, fry from both sides.
- Serve with green salad or Greek yogurt raita.
