Chicken Malai Boti ملائی بوٹی کیٹو ڈائٹ کیلئے
After the excesses of the Christmas and new year holidays, it is time to return to normality and resume healthy habits, although we know that it costs more than it seems. To keep your healthy diet as easy as possible, this month we’ve put together a few healthy on-the-go meals that are perfect for taking to work or wherever you’re spending the day.
This Street Style Chicken Malai boti in air fryer recipe is a delicious and simple alternative to the usual chicken. You can prepare it on Sunday afternoon in a few minutes and you will have meals for the whole week.
Starting from a chicken breast (or more, depending on the number of diners you sit at your table), we can make some simple skewers with tomato and coriander or mint sauce, which they usually sell already made in supermarkets, and give them a base of, for example, mixed vegetables. Although, with cauliflower rice they also work perfectly.
