  • 650 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Garlic 6 cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger 3 to 4 pieces
  • 1 tbsp Green chillies 6 to 7
  • 35 gm Onion
  • 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Cream
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Cumin powder
  • ¼ cup Fresh Coriander


  • Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and yogurt. Then add in chicken, along with lemon juice, cream, black pepper, salt, chaat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and fresh coriander. Mix it well and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Then skew in wooden skewers and cook in air fryer for 15 minutes on 180 C.
