Method to Preapare Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a coffee grinder, grind the flaxseed meal into a very fine flour. This is a very important step, do not skip it.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flaxseed meal, and egg whites until completely combined, the dough will look gooey.
- Pour the dough into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle some seeds (optional) and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until risen and browned.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely before slicing.
