  • 100 gm Flaxseed flour
  • 1 cup Egg whites

Method
 

Method to Preapare Bread:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a coffee grinder, grind the flaxseed meal into a very fine flour. This is a very important step, do not skip it.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flaxseed meal, and egg whites until completely combined, the dough will look gooey.
  4. Pour the dough into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle some seeds (optional) and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until risen and browned.
  5. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely before slicing.
