Warm water
Instructions
Add almond flour, coconut flour, oats fiber, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
Then add 1/2 cup of warm water and oil, make soft dough.
Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
When all roti/tortillas are done, cook then on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
Serve these super soft roti/tortilla with any kind of keto curry or make smashed burger tacos or tortilla, as I made it in video.
