Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oats Fiber
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup Warm water

Method
 

  1. Add almond flour, coconut flour, oats fiber, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Then add 1/2 cup of warm water and oil, make soft dough.
  3. Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
  4. When all roti/tortillas are done, cook them on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
  5. Serve these super soft roti/tortilla with any kind of keto curry or make smashed burger tacos or tortilla, as I made it in video.
