Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Flaxseed flour
  • 2 Tbsp Oat fiber
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cream
  • 2 Tsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 Egg whites

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, add almond flour, flaxseed flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add egg whites, oil, cream, yogurt and oats fibre. Mix well.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 W power. Let it cool, then remove the bread from the cup and cut it into slices.
  4. Toast the slices lightly in a toaster or on a griddle and fill with your favourite ingredients.
