Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Flaxseeds Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Fenugreek Leaves Optional
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne pepper Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, add egg and olive oil. Mix well.
    Add flaxseed flour, baking powder, salt and you can also add other spices, as well. Mix well.
  • Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 W power.
  • Let it cool, then remove the bread from the cup and cut it into slices.
  • Toast the slices lightly in a toaster or on a griddle and fill with your favorite ingredients.
