In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, add egg and olive oil. Mix well.Add flaxseed flour, baking powder, salt and you can also add other spices, as well. Mix well.
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 W power.
Let it cool, then remove the bread from the cup and cut it into slices.
Toast the slices lightly in a toaster or on a griddle and fill with your favorite ingredients.
