- In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, add egg and olive oil. Mix well.Add flaxseed flour, baking powder, salt and you can also add other spices, as well. Mix well.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 W power.
- Let it cool, then remove the bread from the cup and cut it into slices.
- Toast the slices lightly in a toaster or on a griddle and fill with your favorite ingredients.
