Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum (yellow, green, red)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
Serving Suggestion:
  • avocado, tomato

Method
 

  1. Heat up oil and stir fry capsicum. Set aside.
  2. Add butter in a pan and pour lightly beaten egg along with salt and pepper.
  3. Flip and place cooked capsicum and cheese, fold and serve with avocado and tomato slices.
