Almond Flour

Flaxseed flour

Xanthan gum

Hot water
plus 2 tbsp
Ghee
Green onion
Chives
Instructions
Add almond flour, flaxseed flour, salt and xanthan gum. Mix well.
Then add hot water and make soft dough.
Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
Apply ghee and place chopped green onion, roll and make round shape.
When all parathas are done, cook then on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
Serve these super crispy paratha with butter on top and keto chai or serve with fried egg as anda paratha.
