Method
- Add almond flour, flaxseed flour, salt and xanthan gum. Mix well.
- Then add hot water and make soft dough.
- Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
- Apply ghee and place chopped green onion, roll and make round shape.
- When all parathas are done, cook then on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
- Serve these super crispy paratha with butter on top and keto chai or serve with fried egg as anda paratha.
