Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 1/4 cup Hot water plus 2 tbsp
  • Ghee
  • Green onion Chives

Instructions
 

  • Add almond flour, flaxseed flour, salt and xanthan gum. Mix well.
  • Then add hot water and make soft dough.
  • Divide into 5 portions and roll out in round shape with the help of butter paper or plastic sheet.
  • Apply ghee and place chopped green onion, roll and make round shape.
  • When all parathas are done, cook then on hot skillet from both sides as shown in the video.
  • Serve these super crispy paratha with butter on top and keto chai or serve with fried egg as anda paratha.
