Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Konjac Rice Slim rice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Green cardamoms
  • 1 Black cardamom b
  • 1 Clove
  • 1/3 Cup Erythritol
  • 1 Sachet Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Almonds
  • 1 tsp Pistachio
  • 1 tsp Macadamia nuts
  • 1 Pinch Yellow food color
  • 1 Pinch Green food color
  • 1 Pinch Red food color

Method
 

  1. In a pan heat up ghee and add whole spices, dry nuts, erythritol, stevia and yogurt. Mix and fry for 1 minute
  2. Then add rose water and slim rice. Cook until water dries. Add food colors, then cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cover, then sprinkle coconut and serve delicious Keto Mutanjan without ruining your diet
