Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Konjac Rice Slim rice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Green cardamoms
  • 1 Black cardamom b
  • 1 Clove
  • 1/3 Cup Erythritol
  • 1 Sachet Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Almonds
  • 1 tsp Pistachio
  • 1 tsp Macadamia nuts
  • 1 Pinch Yellow food color
  • 1 Pinch Green food color
  • 1 Pinch Red food color

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat up ghee and add whole spices, dry nuts, erythritol, stevia and yogurt. Mix and fry for 1 minute
  • Then add rose water and slim rice. Cook until water dries. Add food colors, then cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Remove cover, then sprinkle coconut and serve delicious Keto Mutanjan without ruining your diet
