Keto Chicken Malai Boti Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 45 g cream cheese
  • 115 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • pizza sauce
  • chicken malai boti
  • onions
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • oregano
  • arugula

Instructions
 

  • Mix mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
  • Melt in microwave for 1 minute.
  • Add fresh dill, and microwave again for 10 seconds.
  • Then add almond flour, and mix well.
  • When you have a dough, make the pizza base, and bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
  • Now add pizza sauce, chicken malai boti, onions, fresh mozzarella cheese, oregano and arugula on top.
  • Apply oil on the crust, and bake again at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
