Ingredients
  

Ingredients for dough:

  • 25 gm Almond flour
  • 16 gm Vital wheat gluten
  • 8 gm Oats fiber
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves

Ingredients for chicken:

  • 700 gm Boneless chicken
  • 120 gm Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
  • 7 Garlic cloves
  • 10 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Papaya paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

Method to Prepare Paratha:

  • Add almond flour, vital wheat gluten, oats fiber, salt and fenugreek leaves.
  • Mix it well and make soft dough with 1/3 cup of warm water.
  • Leave for 15 minutes and then roll and cook on skillet with ghee or butter.

Method to Prepare chicken:

  • Blend together yogurt, green chilies, roasted cumin and garlic cloves.
  • Then add salt, papaya, turmeric, chaat masala, chilli sauce and lemon juice.
  • Marinate chicken with blended yogurt mixture. Leave for 30 minutes. Heat up oil in pan and add marinated chicken. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
  • Now fry well over high flame. Turn the flame off. Give smoke of charcoal.
  • Meanwhile, prepare tahini sauce and parathas.
  • Now spread tahini sauce on a paratha.
  • Top with chicken and place onion rings. Fold and serve with chutney.
