Add almond flour, vital wheat gluten, oats fiber, salt and fenugreek leaves.
Mix it well and make soft dough with 1/3 cup of warm water.
Leave for 15 minutes and then roll and cook on skillet with ghee or butter.
Method to Prepare chicken:
Blend together yogurt, green chilies, roasted cumin and garlic cloves.
Then add salt, papaya, turmeric, chaat masala, chilli sauce and lemon juice.
Marinate chicken with blended yogurt mixture. Leave for 30 minutes. Heat up oil in pan and add marinated chicken. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
Now fry well over high flame. Turn the flame off. Give smoke of charcoal.
Meanwhile, prepare tahini sauce and parathas.
Now spread tahini sauce on a paratha.
Top with chicken and place onion rings. Fold and serve with chutney.
