  • Spinach 1 Handful
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • Ginger
  • Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Wash and chop the celery, cucumber, and ginger.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and ginger to a blender or juicer along with water.
  • Blend or juice until smooth.
  • If desired, add the juice of half a lemon to the mixture.
  • Add more water to thin the juice to your desired consistency.
