Keto Chicken Tajine
Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Servings: 4 Serving
- 2 Chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 Tsp Garlic and dried parsley mix
- 1 Tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- Apply all above ingredients to the chicken.
- Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill for 20 to 25 minutes on 200ºC, basting and turning halfway through.
- Serve with mint sauce and salad.
Additional ingredient required: Wooden skewers - as required (ensure to soak skewers in water before starting the recipe)

Made these yesterday and they were a big hit. I usually use Patak’s paste and yogurt but wanted to avoid the processed food aspect and was deligted to try this one. I used chicken thighs but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The hubby and kids love it. I have been cooking pakistani style for 33 years and low carb for 11, so always looking for the old favorites. I wish I could find a good recipe for Pasanday.
